Legislate to forbid any PM seeking to prorogue Parliament against its wish.
Whilst we welcome the decision of the Supreme Court on 24th Sept, we feel that may not prevent further attempts at irregular prorogation. We see no case for proroging Parliament against its wish. The proposed legislation should remove the need for further lengthy court proceedings.
