Out of professional duty of care, private silicon breast transplant surgeons should replace faulty breast transplants with suitable ones. Private silicon breast transplant companies have stated that they do not have the capacity to remove all their unsuitable breast transplants. Faulty private breast transplants can be replaced by the NHS, provided private companies pay back the fees they charged for the transplants to the NHS.
