Abolish the Supreme Court
The Supreme Court brought about by the former PM Tony Blair has proven its self unworthy of the people of the United Kingdom and hence should be abolished.
The recent court case brought by Gina Miller and former PM John Major against the government for proroguing parliament was found in favour of the plaintiff's without the merit of either supporting evidence or cited written law. The Supreme Court has effectively instituted writing law without the due process of the houses and this should not be allowed to continue as the court is now wielding executive power over the government citing little more than opinion for thier decision.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the UK Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. In particular, we're not sure what system you'd like to put in place to replace the Supreme Court.
