Petition Action

Call a general election. Now.

Petition Details

We have a government with no majority, MPs ignoring the electorate they represent, a PM who can't prorogue, opposition leaders who refuse to vote for an election, an EU deal rejected 3 times, MPs tabling other bills with none getting through, and the longest parliamentary session in history.

Additional Information

We have a government that's lost it's majority. We have inept MPs wilfully ignoring the electorate they represent. We have a PM proroguing parliament in an unlawful way. We have opposition leaders unwilling to vote for an election. We have an EU deal rejected 3 times. We have MPs taking control of parliamentary timetables, yet unable to vote anything through. We have the longest parliamentary session in history. And for all of this, we, the public, have nothing to show. We have deadlock.
