Require PM to state in Parliament he'll seek Brexit extension as per 'Benn Act'
PM has so far stated he'll not seek extension which appears to be contrary to the 'Benn Act'. Is he planning to circumvent its terms and still argue he's complying with the law? If he runs down the clock this way, a no deal departure could happen while legal wrangling goes on. This must not happen.

What the Prime Minister says in Parliament is a personal decision for the PM and not a decision for the Government or Parliament.
