Without delay, pass a motion to hold an early parliamentary general election.
Parliament is manifestly failing in its constitutional duty to provide democratic representation for the people of the UK. It is unable to form an effective government, and there are an unprecedented number of MPs who are no longer affiliated to the same political party for which they were elected.
