Elevate Parliament to act as the highest court in the land.

Petition Details

No court or other jurisdiction should be above Parliament in lawmaking authority. No non-Parliamentary entity should be empowered to regulate, affect or influence any procedural, ad hoc or conventional arrangements that Parliament sees fit to introduce in respect of its own behaviour.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. As a legislative body, Parliament already sets the laws of the UK which are interpreted by the courts.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
