To hold so soon as is practicable a general election in the UK.
Parliament and the country are currently in a state of turmoil and confusion regards 'Brexit'. The Fixed Term Parliaments Act (2011) denies the prime minister the right to call an election at his discretion. This amounts to a denial of democracy, which needs to be corrected.
