Put into law the Anti-Tax Avoidance Directive in the event of a no deal Brexit.
With the damage that a no deal Brexit will have for the UK economy, it is only just and fair that all people and businesses pay the correct amount of tax, that will aid the country during this difficult time.
The law would be activated in the event of a no deal Brexit. This would mean that UK companies can remain competitive, and ensure that foreign companies trading in the UK are paying the same rate of tax, and do not have an unfair advantage. The policy paper is based on the Controlled Foreign Companies and EU Anti-Tax Avoidance Directive published 7th Nov 2018.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The Finance Act 2019 includes measures to ensure the UK is compliant with the Anti-Tax Avoidance Directive, so we're not sure exactly what you'd like the UK Government or Parliament to do.
