Have all three options with an instant-runoff vote in a second Brexit referendum
There will be some who claim "we don't live in a democracy anymore" with any two-choice referendum. Thankfully, instant-runoff voting allows more than two options to be voted on without encouraging tactical voting or splitting the vote. We believe this is the most democratic way forward.
Leavers believe remain shouldn't be an option in a 2nd referendum. However, the Leave vote does not translate into explicit support for either no deal or a particular deal. Thankfully, there is a solution: IRV is an ideal approach for any "winner takes all" situation, such as the outcome of the Brexit.
IRV Process
Voters state order of preference
The least preferred option is eliminated
Votes where that option was a 1st preference switch to the 2nd preference
When an option has > 50%, it wins
