teacher training days in the school holidays

Additional Information

The amount of time parents take off work for school holidays is a lot and as parents when we chose to have kids this is part of life, but after two weeks school holiday the children have to miss another days schooling for teacher training. I think schools should be made to do the training on a day during the school holiday not before or after.
