The innocent bystanders i.e. The General Public ultimately become victims of the civil war.

Additional Information

Over listening to the news quite frequently, a topic that is always discussed is the South Sudan War.

The Department for International Development (DFID) is providing humanitarian aid to South Sudan, including for basic services such as health. You can find out more about DFID's aid budgets for South Sudan in 2018/19 and 2019/20 here:
