Implementation of constitutional law with immediate effect.
The 1972 Communities Act was proven to be both unconstitutional and illegal.
As per case Miller (r) vs Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union
Remove us from the EU with immediate effect under our constitutional rights as governed by the Bill of Rights Act.
In 2017 Gina Miller proved that in 1972/3, the then Labour Party under "Edward Heath" entered the UK into the EEC illegally and was proved in order to prove "Parliamentary Sovereignty", which in turn proved the UK was also a "Sovereign" nation and not legally tied to the EU.
When that case ended from the evidence and the agreement of all 3 residing judges, we should have left the EU with immediate effect.
We are now in a constitutional crisis, at the hands of lying parliamentarians.
