Reduce Parking penalty charges from £65 to £35 if paid with in 14 days
All penalty charges should be reduced to £35 from £65 because Londoner can’t afford £65 and don’t deserve this.
£65 hurt Londoner and it’s too much as compared to average earning and in inflation.
It’s hard to earn and feed family as every Londoner is hand mouth.
