Revoke Article 50 if extension to 31st January 2020 is not accepted by the EU
Parliament has voted 3 times against a no deal Brexit and this will ensure that the UK doesn't have one by default if the EU refuses or is vetoed by one of the EU countries to extend the Brexit deadline to January 31st 2020
