Major Reform - Child Maintenance
Make parents that are in a more than secure financial position pay an appropriate amount of childcare proportionate to their total worth
Due to the current system in place I have received from the Child Maintenance Options Service £7.50 p/w for over a year for provision of 2 children.
Assess a parents situation by taking into account ISA’s, children’s bank accounts, savings accounts, assets & salary etc. Then allocate provision accordingly to their total worth as a whole. Once awards have been allocated ensure payments are made to prevent parents relying on the state to assist with DHP, Budgeting Loans, Food Banks for support and then subsequently charging OAP’s for TV Licences to provide additional funds for a country in deficit after they have worked their entire lives!
