Investigate Sir John Major for the prorougation of Parliament in 1997
Sir John Major prorogued parliament in 1997 to delay a report into Conservative MPs taking bribes
He did this to prevent the “cash-for-questions” report being published before the upcoming general election. Whether or not that was his reason for proroguing parliament, it had that effect.
If Boris Johnsons prorougation of Parliament was illegal then so was Sir John Major's and therefore must be investigated by the Supreme court and punished as such.
