Smear Testing should be available to all women over 16.
The Department of Health has said "Cervical cancer and mortality from it are very rare in women under 25. Since the starting age was raised in England in 2003 there has been no increase in mortality in women aged 20 to 24 or 25 to 30 years old." This is untrue, young women are dying because the government wants to save money instead of lives.
We have sold a publicly owned bank for billions less than we the public paid bailing it out, our money should save lives.
