Develop a Pure Business Bank (in direct competition to all other banks) and utilise funds including development of Government Guarantee Scheme to offer Business Loans to British Based Business.

Raise money from a Bond issue; include Reward Schemes for successful Businesses and early repayments.

All profits to be rolled into the scheme.
