Make it compulsory to vote in UK general elections and referendums or pay fine.
If the UK government made it compulsory for all its citizens to vote in general elections and referendums there would be a stronger mandate for the winning or losing argument. The funds generated from fines from citizens who do not vote without a good reason can be used for schools and hospitals.
