Scrap the tv licence
When there was two tv channels in the fifties funding was needed for as such a state broadcaster but this is no longer fit for purpose in 2019 or the future. Sky,Virgin,ITV have moved on as have channels 4 and 5
What people watch should not be based on a tv licence for one tv channel while the rear are self unding
