Make it ‘An Offence’ to Obstruct a Driveway by Parking Across it Causing Issues
Parking Across Driveways causes issues to Disabled and ones who have an H bar indicating a Driveway, if I had to go say to Hospital and can not go due to the above, sometimes I have had to go as quick as possible for Asthma.
The ones who do this are doing it either Deliberately or just Lazy
The road is clear in many cases but they Block a Drive and go elsewhere, when your Disabled you can not be expected to go door knocking.
Change the Law is what’s needed
