Ban Magic radio in the workplace for night shift workers
Working night shift is a way of life these days.
Employers should not be inflicting terrible repetative music on the workers as it feels like a form of torture
Depressing music leads to low moral and in the long run can cause mental health issues resulting in lost work days.This is not good for the workforce or the employer
