Make it compulsory for PIP assessments to be recorded
To claim disability benefits, each claimant goes through a process of filling a form in and having a face to face assessment with a healthcare professional, be them either a paramedic, occupational health, nurse etc.
Over 74% of pip claims that went to the tribunal stage last year were overturned and claimants awarded pip.
