Government to fund doctor training on condition they work for NHS after.
The NHS is in crisis; GPs say gaps in medical cover risks lives.
Tuition fees cost up to £50k; unaffordable for potential students who have the talent to study medicine. If the government fund medical students who join the NHS, more people will sign up to medical school, so more GPs for the NHS.
