Make it a legal requirement for Sky TV etc to enable an opt out of BBC programs
With the licence fee being reintroduced for over 75s this will avoid the persecution and harassment of them and others wanting to legally stop watching BBC programs by the BBC and give proof that they have opted out. This should cover all platforms including the internet.
The BBC is well known for it's aggressive attitude towards non license holders and this would stop stress on the elderly.
