Allow the English to vote on Scottish Independence
The SNP continue to seek independence from England. Let's have a vote which allows English voters to choose whether Scotland should be allowed to leave the union. Vote Yes to expel Scotland from the union and give them independence or vote No to prevent them leaving the union.
