Issue Parent and Child parking permits in a similar way to disabled parking.
Parent and child spaces are misused by the lazy and inconsiderate. This results in parents having to take infants through traffic in car parks, facing difficulties entering and exiting vehicles.
A permit should be issued for use in parent and child spaces allowing enforcement.
