Adopting Emily........ why is it so hard?
Due to the death of my sister a single parent, We are trying to adopt my niece. Emily aged 10. It has taken 17 months so far and tens of thousands of pound.I woulds like to see a reduction of red tape so my niece can be with her family and not in a foster home
NO CHILD SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT THIS LONG TO BE WITH HER OWN BLOOD RELATIVES
IS THIS DELAY AND EXPENSE IN EMILYS BEST INTEREST?
