A new law to prevent parental alienation
More and more parents are being kept away from their children for no good reason.
Parents who have a live in order are able to dictate to the court and the other parent, with no concern how this will effect the children concerned. Parents who prevent contact should have action taken against them, breached order should be subject to tough action.
