Petition Action

Ban targetted advertising through social media in all elections and referendums.

Petition Details

During the 2016 Brexit referendum individuals were profiled and then targetted with messaging which the rest of us did not see and so could not challenge. Much of this messaging was untrue but influenced how people voted and thereby corrupted democracy.
This must not be allowed to happen again.
