Get Endometriosis recognised under the Equality act
One in Ten women suffer with Endometriosis often diagnosis can take 7-10 years to diagnose. Often alot of sufferers loose time from work due to the severity of symptoms and often find themselves on sickness triggers or loosing there jobs.
This condition needs more research and women need some kind of protection and support in the work place
