Ban the sale of fireworks to the public.
Every time this issue is brought forward it’s always said that there is legislation to prevent misuse. IF the legislation was appropriate and effective there wouldn’t be so many cases of people being injured and killed by the use of fireworks. They’re a danger to the public when used by non-experts.
