Reprimand any MP who falls asleep whilst carrying out their duty.
It is a blatant disrespect of the general public that an MP falls asleep during debates within the house of Commons, in any other job that individual would be sacked.
Many MP's have fallen asleep but to see Diane Abbott asleep on the front row during debates is unacceptable and this unprofessional act needs to be addressed and the speaker should actively address them.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
You could start a new petition asking for the rules of the House of Commons to be changed, to provide for a specific penalty for sleeping in the Chamber, if that's what you would like to happen.
