Biological parents of a surrogate baby should automatically be the legal parents
Any baby born through host surrogacy (both egg and sperm are that of the intended parents and there is no biological connection to the surrogate mother) should automatically be in the sole custody of their biological parents from the day they are born, without the need to obtain a parental order.
