Review and update the role and powers of The Speaker in the House of Commons.
The powers and independence of The Speaker have been brought into question over the past three years and this needs to be reviewed and refined.
Evidence the furore in the House due to the Speaker's decisions on allowing the timings and subjects to be debated since the referendum.
