If you hit a cat you have to legally report it to police, or you could be fined
So if you hit a dog you have to legally report it but if you it a cat you don’t have to do anything. My cat was hit and thrown into the back of a bin lorry by a refuge worker but nothing happened, but if that was dog it would be a different story.I want justice for cats too.
I know cats roam about the streets but that doesn’t make them less worthy of saving than a dog.
