Enable green travel by legalising public use of personal electronic transport
In an era of mobility scooters on paths & an aim to reduce fuel consumption, the UK should accept the future of solo transport & legalise public use of low speed electronic transport. Including but not limited to electronic skates, boards & scooters with a view to allow on bike lanes, paths or both.
