Government Ministers and MPs should stop referring to "The will of the people".
The referendum that took place in 2016 was closely run with a small majority in favour of leaving the EU.
Since then, polls have shown that the view of the people is changing, or is at least unknown.
Therefore "The will of the people" is not a phrase that should be used by public officials.
