The Taking of a Life Act/The Murder Act. This was all I could upload.
This proposed Act serves as a response to the escalations of murders in the capital.
I Had to take all the substance out of this proposal to upload this, that NEED to change. We should not be limited on such an important issue.
These are information taken from the Parliament website title "Knife Crime Statistics".
Homicide
In 2017/18 there were 285 homicides currently recorded using a sharp instrument, including knives and broken bottles, accounting for 39% of all homicides – an increase from the 212 recorded in 2016/17.
Knife crime by police force area
London recorded the highest rate of 169 offences involving a knife per 100,000 population in 2018/19, an increase of 1 offence per 100,000 population from 2017/18.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the UK Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
