Add an extra day in the weekend called “Sun-Monday”
Because children and adults are very busy in the week; whether it’s working, in education or taking care of their families or home and so it can be a stressful and hectic week, we deserve to wind down and put our mental health first. We deserve to relax and spend time with our loved ones.
