Bethesda to offer refunds to all that wasted money buying Fallout 76
Bethesda have now started a premium subscription service cost £12.99 per month. This means all the people who brought the apparent full version of the game will not have access to all the game features unless they subscribe.
This is not an expansion just restricting gamers that don't subscribe. Seems like they are treating this as a free to play game which it isn't (yet)
