To Bring in Stricter Recycling Guidelines for any goods that have packaging.
The current legislation and guidelines on recycling packaging is insufficient and not enough to inform consumers of what their obligations are.
I petition the government to deliver clear guidelines and obligations to consumers and force companies to stop all non recyclable packaging within 2 years

We understand that you are concerned about recycling, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. In particular we aren't sure what recycling guidelines you'd like to see introduced.
You could start a new petition asking the Government to ban all non recyclable packaging by 2021, if that's something you'd like to see happen.
