Make Overtime Pay Non-taxable
We as workers get taxed on standard hours. Why should we get taxed on overtime we decide to do? Often overtime is made almost pointless by the huge tax chunk taken.
Many more will be happier to work extra hours if they can have the opportunity to gain from it, ensuring that overtime pay counts.
Up to £12,500 = 0% Tax
£12,501 - £50,000 = 20% Tax
£50,001 - £150,000 = 40% Tax
Over £150,000 = 45% Tax
