Give European citizens with permanent residency status the right to vote.
I am an Austrian citizen, have lived in the UK for 41 years, have permanent residence status. I have worked here as a high school teacher for 16 years, in Adult Education and as visiting artist in Primary Schools. I have never lived abroad during all these years.
