Keep childrens inpatient services local in gateshead & South Tyneside

Additional Information

We want the government to intervene and stop the local PCT reducing local paediatric services tojust short stay assessment units and a mon - fri 7-2200 hrs community nursing team.
We want the government to ensure that a full in patient service for children, 24hrs per day is kept at local hospitals in Gateshead & South Tyneside.
The people of the areas do not want to travel to Sunderland or Newcastle for their children to be treated, which would increase the stress on families in deprived areas.
