We The British People Demand the Benn Act be repealed.
The Act prevents the UK leaving the E.U. Without a deal, this Act was introduced purely to counteract the democratic will of the people of the UK who voted to leave the E.U and prevent the elected government from acting upon the very clear instruction of the majority of the UK to leave the E.U.
We believe that the United Kingdom should have had a level playing field in negotiations and that neither the UK nor the European Union should have an advantage in negotiations. This Act was introduced purely to counteract the democratic will of the majority of the British People who voted to leave the European Union and prevent the elected government from acting upon the very clear instruction of the majority of the people of the UK to leave the European Union and gives the EU the upper hand.
