REMOVE TFL TOPOGRAPHICAL TEST
Hundreds of families are being affected by TFL's.
there are currently unexplainable delays to license new drivers after passing all TFL's requirements.
Drivers are charged more than £ 300, according to TFL, the total cost for an application for a PCO. Once the requirements
Appointments to take the test, then increase the massively in time, the topographical test is left for the final stages of the application. Drivers have then 2 opportunities to pass the test. If test is ultimately failed (less than 60% pass mark) drivers will have to pay full fee again.
Results of these tests remained unexplained. As when drivers received test results there is no break downs of the test.
This also brings unquestionable reasons to believe. And if the TFL should only be charged
