Mp`s should act on local referendums

Additional Information

At the moment MP`s can totally ignore what their constituants want or think. This was recently shown by the Labour government over full entry to Europe and soveriegn powers handed over to this unelected body, It also has been done by the Lib/Con government over massive amounts of aid given to other countries some of whom are far richer than us.
I petition that Local Mp`s should by law, hold a referendum on major issues such as handing over soveriegn powers and the death penalty and, By Law have to vote by the majority view of said petitions
