speed camera to be put on Prescot Road, St Helens
There needs to be a speed camera put in place on Prescot Road St Helens. Over the past few years a number of people have been hit by cars trying to beat the lights. Some of these accidents have been fatal and could have been prevented. There is a sign saying that there is a speed camera but there isn't. A speed camera needs to be put there to prevent drivers from speeding up and save lives.
